Info Post
I've been really looking forward to another opportunity to make more thin crust pizza.  With tonight being a night [mostly] devoted to studying, I could think of nothing better than some pizza for a casual dinner.  I decided to allow for the dough to rise for an hour to see how it would change the results - I think I liked it better!  We also lowered the temperature to 450ºF, and baked it for about five minutes longer.  Because the dough expanded, we were able to get a lot more out of the dough; we made two pretty large pizzas (in 13x9 inch pans - we NEED a pizza pan or pizza stone, haha!).
We decided to make a white pizza and a classical red sauce pizza, both with the same toppings, to see which we liked better.  Alex liked the white, and I liked the red (and this has nothing to do with the fact that he put the toppings on the white and I did the red..hmm).
