Info Post
We had some leftover batter from the chicken tenders I made last night, so tonight we made some chicken parmesan; we chopped the chicken into pieces for a higher batter to meat ratio - it was so tasty!

 I threw in some frozen spinach into the sauce and cooked it up a bit for some added nutrition - we used Wegman's smooth marinara for the sauce.
