You know what is absolutely delicious?  Pierogies sautéed up with lots of onion.  I'm from Pittsburgh, so pierogies are pretty big in my family.  You know what makes pierogies even better?  Adding in some sort of meat and a veggie (broccoli in this case).  And garlic, of course.  You can never go wrong with garlic.  Season it liberally with salt and pepper.  I've always found pierogies to be slightly boring on their own, but paired with a few other things, it makes quite a tasty little dish.
In this medley, we added some chicken with italian seasonings..yum!
