Info Post
Ever since we got a grill pan from Alex's mom for Christmas, every time we use it, we have to grill absolutely everything.  Wednesday night was one of those nights.  Salmon, baby bella mushrooms, onions, wavy potato "chips" and tomatoes.  
We seasoned as minimally as possible, adding only some salt and pepper to everything, and adding a bit of parsley to the mushrooms and italian spices to the tomatoes.
