New Blog and Bagels

To enable myself to customize the blog more, I decided to move from tumblr to blogger.  I'll be able to have a lot more fun with this, I think.  I haven't quite decided what to do with the old blog posts, but I figure I'll slowly add them into the blog, omitting a few as I go along.

To start off this blog, I'll share what we made for breakfast this morning.  We went shopping with Alex's mom yesterday evening at Wegman's and stuck around there for pizza (which was huge, delicious, but greasy!) for dinner after we finished our shopping.  It hasn't stopped surprising me just how much food we actually get now that we don't have any meal plan at all - last semester we each had $525 dining dollars, so we usually bought our lunches and would sometimes get dinner on campus, rather than cooking.  There's definitely a noticeable change in the cost of our groceries!

Alex's mom treated us to some of Wegman's bakery everything bagels, so for a quick breakfast, we toasted them up this morning.
