At our school, there's a farmer's market every Monday.  They usually don't carry it through the winter, but they've been inside one of the buildings during the past few weeks.  Lin (my roommate) was low on some veggies, so we stopped by after our organic chemistry lecture.  She got a bunch of turnip greens for a dollar, some broccoli and lots of oranges.  She ended up giving half of the bunch to Alex and me, wanting us to try it out with her.
I did a bit of recipe searching and found that turnip greens are usually boiled or sautéed with ham or bacon (I've never had them before).  With our love of chicken & apple sausages, I decided to sauté 'em up in some of the juices from them.  We baked the sausages in slices with some onion, and I took out the pan half way through to drain some of the juices into the greens.
