After having the spicy roasted red pepper sauce, I really wanted to try another dish with the same sort of flavor, minus the red peppers.  On a whim, we used some leftover sautéed mushrooms, asparagus and broccoli, and cooked up some chicken just like the chicken was cooked for that sauce.  We then mixed it all together so the veggies would get the flavoring and added some mozzarella and put it all on a multi grain wrap.  It was an tasty meal, although slightly unexpected, and extremely juicy.
