Info Post
I had an organic chemistry exam this morning, so when I got back, I talked to my mom for a while and then woke Alex up so we could make lunch/breakfast (this was around noon).  He's been really into making scrambled eggs with Worcestershire, so I let him do his own thing this morning, while I made my own.  He ended up only having his eggs and then looking at my plate all sadly, so I gave him some of my spinach and onions and made him up some toast also.  Poor guy.
I toasted up some whole grain bread (Arnold's Double Fiber) and topped it with two eggs, over easy (seasoned with salt & Onion Onion).  I then sautéed a good bit of onion and frozen spinach with a clove of minced garlic, chili pepper flakes, a few splashes of Red Hot, salt and Onion Onion, all in olive oil and threw it over top the eggs.
